The "Notice" shows that since November 1st, 2018 (inclusive), the "light compression ignition engine car" registered in Shenzhen, the change registration and transfer registration of the foreign transfer shall comply with the national VI standard; "light ignition The time for the engine car to meet the national VI standard was determined to be from December 31, 2018 (inclusive).

 

The National VI standard referred to in the Notice refers to the sixth stage emission control requirements in the “Light Vehicle Pollutant Limits and Measurement Methods (China Stage 6)” (GB18352.6-2016), in which Type I tests shall comply with 6b limit requirements; Light vehicles referred to in the Notice refer to M1, M2 and N1 vehicles with a maximum designed total mass of not more than 3,500 kg.

 

For "light compression ignition engine vehicles", citizens can register, change or transfer registration procedures with relevant invoices, transfer records and other relevant certificates before January 1, 2019; for "light-ignition engine cars", the time limit for processing It is March 1, 2019.
